One item that we recommend is a quarter turn ball valve for the water shut off into your house.  If you have any problems with a burst pipe or a repair that is needed a working shut off on your water line is very important.  Many times people do not realize that the water shut off valve on their house does not work or only partially works.  This is a issue that can be taken care of in a couple of hours.  We can do an inspecion on the house and let you know if your valve works or not.
